About this site

Some of the content on this site once appeared on the science.scioli.com site, like me, now long retired.

I enjoyed four decades of teaching biology, biometry (biological statistics), ecology, evolution, genetics, and general science. I taught to earn my way through graduate school and then for several decades well-known institutions in Texas. Even now, ten years into my retirement (from academia), I get requests from former colleagues, former students, and complete strangers requesting something that once appeared on my course web sites. I always reply that, "I have that on a disk, somewhere."

As I find and, if necessary, update that material, I will upload it to the blog (linked at left).

Please. note that all content copyrighted by textbook publishers was deleted upon my retirement to begin a career in welding, welding inspection, blacksmithing, and metal sculpture. All course syllabi, exams, reviews, student records (grades, photos, digital copies of assignments), and letters of evaluation / recommendation were deleted three years after retirement.
